Eating of potato chips causes cancer

Chips.... Favorite for everybody. When watching movies, while travelling, while thinking, etc... Where ever it is, so many people want to eat Potato chips. But, now researchers Saying that, it will effect on your health for a long time. It can cause addition and it is as dangerous as drugs. Recent studies saying that British and American children eat 100 bags of chips per year.



Researchers saying that, one bag of chips is equal to the 5 liters of oil which we for cooking food.

Researcher Michel Moss, said that the potato chips tastes like a melted cheese to your mouth. And it automatically send signals to your brain, that to eat more. And now many manufacturers are making with different flavors like tomato, cheese, red chilli etc... But, those flavours are more dangerous than the normal chips.

And amazingly, eating chips during pregnancy is as dangerous as smoking. Are you aware of dangerous causing cancer chemical that is present in every bag of chips. That chemical is acrylamide, which cause cancer and which makes potato as more toxic on the market.

Acrylamide ?????

Acrylamide is a chemical, which causes cancer. This will produce when carbohydrates heated in high temperatures. When potatoes fried or roasted, it will produce. But, it will not effect to natural foods.



Recently, Environmental Law foundation tested the chips and saying that, every potato chip contains acrylamide by 36 times more and some other products even had acrylamide by 910 times more. This acrylamide had 800 compounds and 52 of them are more dangerous. That's why researchers suggests us, not to cook the food at high temperatures.

How to Decrease acrylamide in your diet....?????

As even we are using technology now, we can't cut the acrylamide completely. But, you can reduce it by 40%. The steps to reduce acrylamide chemical, which causes cancer is.....

  • Try to eat food in home, which is prepared by you. Because, you can cook food in low temperatures.
  • Consume raw or minimally processed foods.
  • Eat raw fruits and vegetables
