According to national report, Facebook has planned to charge its users $2.99 (approximately 180)/month for using the social platform which was free till now. The fee will be implemented from November 1.
Mark Zuckerberg the founder and CEO of Facebook addressed a press conference at California as, " we thought long and had about this decision, but at the end of the day, we had no choice to add this monthly fee. And if we don't do something about our rising costs now, Facebook could face an unrecoverable financial burden and become obsolete ".
Facebook the largest and most useful social platform on earth, has decided not to be free anymore. And this fee is not as cheap as you think. Because its per month. But of course it asks fee. Even 70% of users are ready to pay for the service, that approximately 1 billion users to bring in cash of more than $30 billion every month.
Facebook seems to have gotten us totally addicted. If the free to use networking platform implents a fee, it would also have a drastic affect on business that used to promote their stuff.
So don't worry guys, it will reduce fee or it may totally abounded. Not only for us it will effect on the people who are designing their àds...
