Dayson's batteries will store power twice than the normal Lithium-ion batteries

Now a days, we are using two types of batteries. They are rechargeable and use & through batteries. Rechargeable batteries are more cost. Many people are using use & through batteries because, it is less cost compared to other. But, many people are irritated by the life time of that batteries. Do you agree...???

So, in order to reduce this problem, one of the best company from united kingdom manufacturing the batteries with more life time. So, let's see about the latest battery and working of that...

Latest technology in batteries :

A Lithium-ion battery that stores twice as much energy is ready to commercialization in the market. It is manufacturing by the company Dyson..

So, from now, batteries can store the power twice ( 2 times ) than the batteries using now.

Agreement with Sakti3 :

Sakti3 announced today that has signed a joint development agreement with Dyson, which makes vaccume cleaners and other appliances, to incorporate its batteries into new products.

Releasing date :

The companies didn't say when these products will be available, but one could be a cordless vaccume cleaner. Dyson also announced a $15 million investment in the startup.

Comparison with normal batteries :

Sakti3 uses new materials and manufacturing techniques to achieve higher energy density. The company's battery does away with the flammable liquid electrolyte used in conventional lithium-ion batteries, which makes it feasible to use a different set of high energy storage materials.

The technology could have many applications including electric vehicles, the range of which is limited by the size and cost of conventional batteries.

James Dyson :

He is the founder and chief engineer of Dyson company. He said, " Sakti3 has achieved great in the performance which current battery technology simply can't ".

Many battery startups have struggled to translate impressive lab results into products, in part because their prototypes are custom-made, often using expensive manufacturing techniques that can't easily be scaled up.

Final Words :

Success is not a sure thing. Making a few prototypes might not translate to high yields in a factory, where conditions and raw materials can vary. But, the partnership with Dyson, which has manufacturing experience and relatively deep pockets, could make the transition easier for Sakti3...
