You can help customize your list of trending topics by hiding topics you don't want to see. To customize what you see in trending are as follows.
- Hide over any topic under tending on the right side of your news feed.
- Click on the X to the right of the topic.
- Select reason you're hiding the topic.
This trending is only on English up to now. But, it will soon come to all other countries also. The new trending experience begins rolling out today and will be available to people on Facebook in the USA for the web and Android.
